Many of our clients reside in other states or are currently serving overseas. No matter how we communicate with you, we will take the time to listen to your concerns. We will describe the legal process so you will know what to expect. We will explain your options and discuss the positives and negatives. You will have the information you need to make informed decisions that are in your best interests. We will keep you regularly updated on the status of your matter, so you will not have to worry about it falling through the cracks. We can communicate with you in person, over the phone, by email, and even Skype or Facetime consultations are available.
How We Bill
You will get detailed billing statements each month so you know where you stand. Our firm bills to the 1/10 of an hour, so you never have to worry about extra hours being tacked on. If you sign an hourly agreement and there is money left in your retainer at the completion of your legal matter we will refund it to you. We are not in the business of keeping money we did not earn. Our detailed billing practices are just one more thing that sets us apart from other firms in the area.
