Michael Miller has been practicing law since 1971, and has been practicing in Bell County since 1977. He has extensive experience in Family law in the Central Texas area, including the following counties: Bell, Coryell, Falls, Lampasas, McLennan, Milam and Williamson Counties.
Michael went to law school at Texas Tech School of Law from 1968 to 1971 where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree. He studied for the bar exam, passed with high marks, and received his license to practice in all Texas Courts in September of 1971.
Michael served in the Army Reserves from 1966 until he left the service with the rank of captain. His military training and experience has helped him to understand the unique issues presented by soldiers with family law problems such as divorce, custody, support and rights relating to possession of the children.
He has practiced various areas of the law but since the early 1990s has practiced primarily in the areas of family law, wills and probate.
His practice has sent him around the state where he has also tried cases in these counties: Ector Dallas, Deaf Smith, Gray, Hansford, Hutchinson, Liberty, Midland, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Potter, Randall, Sherman.
Michael is a family man. He has been married to his wife Kathy since 1972, has two grown sons and three grandchildren.
